Cyclops’ skills cooldown is reduced by 0.5 seconds whenever it hits an enemy.

First Skill: Stardust Shock

Cyclops releases two black holes dealing magic damage. If the two black holes successfully hit an enemy, it can potentially reduce the skill cooldown by up to 1 second.

Second Skill: Planets Attack

Cyclops spawn five spheres around him dealing magic damage and increasing his movement speed.

If all the spheres landed on a single target enemy, it could reduce the skill cooldown by up to 2.5 seconds.

Getting fast items and a high level is what you need to do when playing Cyclops.

Laning Phase

Start with a magic necklace and boots if you want to be a mid-laner. These items will help you survive the lane and spam your skills. For the spell, make sure to select the Flicker for escape ability.

Routine: Mid lane → Jungle → Gank → Clear lane → Gank

Jungle type: Start with boots and upgrade it to Demon Shoes if you’re going to focus on burst damage. For the spell, select Retribution so you can farm fast and kill monsters quickly.

Routine: Jungle → Lane → Gank → Jungle → Gank → Lane (repeat)

Tip 1: Don’t stay in the jungle for too long. Consider visiting lanes and helping teammates to get possible pickoffs since you have a lockdown.

Tip 2: When ganking, use Star Power Lockdown first; next is Planets Attack(2nd skill), then Stardust Shock(1st skill) for the finishing combo.
