The Land of Dawn is about to undergo a cosmic transformation with the arrival of Mobile Legends Patch 1.8.20! This massive update introduces a new hero, Nolan the Cosmic Wayfinder, who can control space and time. Two other heroes, Mathilda and Lolita, have also been revamped, making them more mobile and versatile.
New Hero
Nolan, the Cosmic Wayfinder
Nolan is a new assassin hero who can control space and time.
He has three unique abilities:
Passive: Dimensional Rift
- Nolan’s skills can cut through space itself, leaving a rift on the ground and slowing enemies that come into contact with it.
- When a rift comes into contact with another Rift, it will explode after a short delay, dealing physical damage and pulling enemies in.
- When multiple hit explosions hit the same enemy simultaneously, the subsequent damage would be reduced to 75% of the previous hit.
- After every 6s, Nolan will enhance his next Basic Attack to dash and pierce the target with physical damage while creating a rift.
Skill 1: Expansion
Nolan cuts a Rectangular area in front of him that slows down time for enemies inside.
Skill 2: Gauge
Nolan teleports to a target location, dealing physical damage to enemies in his path.
Ultimate: Fracture
Nolan slashes enemies in front, dealing physical damage 3 times leaving and leaving 3 rifts. Meanwhile, Nolan removes all the debuffs on him and slashes backwards.
Nolan will be released on September 30, 2023.
Revamped Heroes
Lolita has been revamped in Patch 1.8.20.
Lolita
Lolita’s revamp focuses on making her more durable and supportive. Her passive ability, Noumenon Energy Core, now gains a shield while she is in combat. Her second ability, Guardian’s Reflection, now shields not only blocks but also reflects all incoming ranged Basic Attacks and projectiles, but it breaks after taking a certain amount of damage. Her ultimate ability, Noumenon Blast, has also been revamped, even if the charging is interrupted, Lolita can still stun enemies according to the charging duration.
Buffs
Mathilda
- Damage at 3 wisps is the same as before. The more wisps she has the the higher the damage boost.
- Significantly increased the available time of dash for allies after they leave Guiding Wind, giving them more time to choose where they want to dash.
- New Effect: She can now select an area to rush to, knocking enemies airborne in her path.
- New Effect: Transfer Soul Mark to the first target knocked by the second-stage dash.
- Improved the Ultimate’s flying path. She will no longer fly toward the target. If she starts too close to the target, she will fly away from the target first so the target hero can’t interrupt her flight by closing in on her.
