Steam Autumn Sale arrived earlier this year, running from September 29 to October 6, 2025. The earlier schedule gives players space to explore discounts before the busy holiday season. With thousands of deals on offer, it can feel overwhelming to browse through everything, so here are five titles that stand out for their mix of quality and value.
Pacific Drive — 50% Off
Ironwood Studios’ road-trip survival adventure is one of the most unique experiences of the past year. You’re behind the wheel of a station wagon traveling through the strange and shifting Olympic Exclusion Zone. Each journey becomes a mix of exploration, repair, and resource management, with the car itself acting as your lifeline. At half off, it’s a great way to experience an atmospheric game that thrives on uncertainty and discovery. Check the deal on Steam.
Sons of the Forest — 67% Off
The follow-up to The Forest continues to evolve as one of PC’s defining survival horror experiences. Whether alone or with friends, the mix of crafting, exploration, and unpredictable AI enemies keeps every session tense. The world is large, the dangers are constant, and the sense of progression is deeply satisfying. With a discount of more than two-thirds, it’s a good time to explore one of the most popular survival games on Steam. Get Sons of the Forest on Steam.
Lethal Company — 25% Off
Zeekerss’ co-op horror hit has become a regular presence on streaming platforms and in friend groups. The premise is simple: explore abandoned facilities, collect scrap, and try to make it back alive. Its tension comes from how quickly things can turn, with players relying on communication and teamwork to survive. At a quarter off, it’s a budget-friendly way to jump into one of the most talked-about indies in recent years. Grab Lethal Company on Steam.
Planet of Lana — 70% Off
Wishfully’s Planet of Lana is a gentle puzzle-platformer that pairs a young girl with her loyal companion in a beautifully painted world. The story unfolds through quiet exploration and light problem-solving, letting the art and music carry much of the experience. It’s short enough to finish in an evening but memorable enough to stick with you long after. With 70% off, it’s a small and thoughtful adventure worth adding to your library. Explore Planet of Lana on Steam.
Nine Sols — 50% Off
Red Candle’s Nine Sols combines precise metroidvania exploration with a combat system built on parries and timing. The game’s hand-drawn visuals and mythological setting make it feel distinct, while the battles demand focus and rhythm. It’s a challenging experience, but one that rewards patience and persistence. With its price cut in half during the sale, this is the right moment to dive into one of 2025’s standout indies. See Nine Sols on Steam.
