The full list of MLBB Season 42 skins is out, tied directly to the game’s 10th Anniversary event. Ranked Season 42 went live on September 16, and this season carries more new skins than usual, spread across free anniversary rewards, the Starlight Pass, the Exquisite Collection, and the standard season-exclusive drops. Starlight Pass Skin for Season 42: Hanzo
- Fangs of Slaughter is Hanzo’s first-ever Starlight-tier skin, going for a bloodthirsty, feral redesign.
- Starlight Pass owners also get a bonus Painted version for 100 diamonds.
- Topping up for the pass through Codashop usually comes with a small discount over the in-game store, so it’s worth checking there first if you want to stretch your diamonds further.
- Moonton confirmed the season’s hero reworks and this Starlight skin in its official Season 42 teaser on X.

- Popol and Kupa ā Flamehide Thane: the season’s headline skin, ships with a second blue-painted variant.
- Vale ā Windborne Waltz: unlocks automatically on your first in-season purchase.
- Both tie into the season’s 10th Anniversary theme, which also reskins the avatar border and profile background effects.
Free MLBB Season 42 Anniversary Skins
- Nana ā Stardust Dreamer: free Epic skin, already live through the Anniversary Battle Pass.
- Chou: free Special skin unlocking September 18 via the Anniversary Jigsaw Puzzle event.
- Layla: free Collector skin confirmed for October, marking the anniversary proper.
- A separate anniversary reward lets players pick one free Epic skin from a pool of fifty.
Exquisite Collection: Argus Leads This Round of Season 42 Skins
- Argus ā Raiden Maru: Mecha-themed Collector skin, styled as a Titan-class mech fighting alongside Grock’s own Titan skin.
- The same event also brings back optimized older Collector skins for Yi Sun-shin, Yu Zhong, Harith, and Novaria, plus Luckybox skins for Eudora, Leomord, and Alpha.

Everything Else in the Season 42 Skins Lineup
- Lunox ā Libra: takes over the Zodiac Summon shop on September 23, replacing Odette’s Virgo skin.
- Angela and Ruby: their Aspirants skins are returning.
- Miya: a limited skin is scheduled for the Diamond Shop sometime this month.
- Badang (MPL skin) and Chang’e (Elite skin): both teased, but Moonton hasn’t revealed the visuals yet.
Season 42 also launched alongside visual reworks for eight heroes (Brody, Badang, Paquito, Kadita, Luo Yi, Clint, Bruno, Masha), with Masha getting a full ability rework on top of the visual update. Not new skins, but worth knowing if hero appearances look different this 10th anniversary patch.
